How to fix Cobra iRadar app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Cobra iRadar app on iPhone
Update Cobra iRadar app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Cobra iRadar iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Cobra iRadar on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Cobra iRadar network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Cobra iRadar Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Cobra iRadar not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Cobra iRadar App
1. On android, goto Settings » Cobra iRadar » click [Force Stop]

Update Cobra iRadar to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Cobra iRadar App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Cobra iRadar » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Cobra iRadar.

Fix Cobra iRadar unable to contact server/ Cobra iRadar internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Cobra iRadar » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Cobra iRadar » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Cobra iRadar
