Inaccurate wait times led to much frustration

I decided to rely on this app for wait times and it led to much frustration. On the most popular rides, it was way off. I tried to do my part and submit accurate wait times to help the cause but it never updated to that. Also, I had used the park attendance tracker to pick our day to go to the parks. We went on a “green” day, but it was actually exceptionally busy according to a couple of Disney employees with whom we spoke. We didn’t get to do much of what we wanted to do. The app and website are great tools but unfortunately the most pertinent information was misleading and inaccurate.
Plans disappeared

I liked it up until the point where all my plans disappeared. I put a substantial amount of work into getting a good set of plans together for Disney and Universal, now they’re gone. I should have just used a spreadsheet.
Also, when you add a new item to a plan it should be added at the end of the list, not the beginning.

You have ruined this app!!! I used this the last time I went to Disney & now I can’t even get a wait time map without clicking through 2 or 3 screens! I have never left a rating on an app before but since you “updated” the app it is basically unusable!
