Here been with Verisure 3 years since last year 24/9/2020 my contract with Verisure is expired. I have regarding to them about my Cancellation Contract until 24/9/2920. And even I have been cal up to their office regarding about this matter for my Cancellation contract. Now is COVID-19 and the service from Verisure is not the same as use to be now. They send me a invoice saying that until this year 2021 February I owe them £280. This is unexceptionable.I have cal them since last year to Cancel my Contract when my contract is expired and I don’t want to re contract again.since last year before my contract reached 24/9/2020. If they still send me the email and about the payment I will put this in the Utube and in Facebook. I have spoken to the customer service regarding this matter I told the customer service please check the Phone since last year on October how many time I have call up. Sure the Phone have recorded.and nobody can telling lie.
