Crash & burn. Horrible experience.

Crashed twice. Blank screen @ payment. Then error message that read “something went wrong, please try again later.
I attempted the customer service “chat” bot to get help. Again blank, then app crashed. Worthless. Deleted app after wasting so much time. They better not have kept my card info or charged me for the car when screen went blank.

I downloaded the app since I rent cars on a regular basis. I quickly learned that the car rental prices are substantially higher than if you went to the company you would react the car from. Adding a middle man just adds more to your price.
Crashed twice, immediately

I was excited, then when I went to enter the dates for my trip, it crashed twice in a row. Immediately deleted.
