1. Risk Assessment is done but it still gives an error when trading.
2. If you miss type your passwords three times and it will lock you out even if you did it over three years and you signed in correctly between. It is a joke.

It keep asks me to update

Well... Would be good if BEA allows resident overseas to use. Currently the activation part only works if you have a HK mobile number... I don't have, and I can't use BEA even though I have an account.

The graphics are super blurry, seems like it haven't been updated for Retina display... also design is very unintuitive with a lot of intrusive ads.

The previous versions used to work, but now I keep getting the "connection error, they again later" in the mobile banking section. Other sections like promotions works fine.

I cannot open BEA asked me to update to latest version but i already did this but couldnt open it ?

So much better than the previous app. The credit card promotion locator was easy to use and helped me find restaurants and deals quite easily, which was mainly why I use BEA anyway. I hope it can help locate other jetco ATM instead of just the this app ones. The color scheme looks so... Old China... Orange and red with grey bacground not my cup of tea. Can be more artistic. The game app works fine for me. At least I submitted a few pics and worked ok. Will try the stock function later and hope it runs okay. Overall happy to see that they are changing.

Areas to improve: Under Payment, on the Amount (HKD) slot, it should just be numerous and no need to allow alphabets, so users don't have to select numbers and just enter it. one less step will be better.
