Listening to Greatest Hits Premium and it works 80% of the time, but several times a day it suddenly plays three or four 15 seconds of various tracks then plays a previous track again. If you refresh the browser then it plays most up to date track. I'm using Safari on a 2019 iMac running OS 13.2.1

How to fix planet radio app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the planet radio app on iPhone
Update planet radio app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall planet radio iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix planet radio on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve planet radio network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

planet radio Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix planet radio not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the planet radio App
1. On android, goto Settings » planet radio » click [Force Stop]

Update planet radio to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear planet radio App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » planet radio » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart planet radio.

Fix planet radio unable to contact server/ planet radio internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click planet radio » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto planet radio » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
