Mashreq Neo - Bank easy Reviews

This is my first time with a bank account here. When I received my card, the personnel asked for my ID and my phone. Then asked me to open MashreqNeo Store on my phone, I did so, then he took the phone from my hand and himself submitted a five star review. When I asked what he was doing, he said nothing this is a part of it. This is highly unacceptable for me. You can ask ME to give YOU a review, I will do it myself, but, taking that right away from me is absolutely absurd. I wish I could take take back the five star review he gave.
I was very happy with he app service, all of it was so quick and easy, but once I received my account opening card on my doorstep, the tables have turned after this incident. This is very intrusive, in fact, it is a crime to pose as your customer and give a review.

MashreqNeo does not let some nationalities open account. It keeps showing error and says go to the branch. This should be clearly mentioned in T's and C's.

Can’t believe MashreqNeo has a 4.0 rating. Firstly i didn’t get my cash back of 100 dirhams, I haven’t contacted their customer support yet but I shouldn’t need to when they have based their entire campaign around that offer. Secondly i get emails every time i spend on my card, when i never signed up to get any emails so why is that happening and most of all how do i stop it??? Why can’t i get an SMS like every other bank in the world. Lastly i was expecting something like LIV where i can tack my expenses but that doesn’t seem to work either. The worst thing is there no section on MashreqNeo for any technical support sooo i guess i’m one really unhappy customer

Save your time, spent 3 weeks waiting for an account to be activated. And one week to get the card itself! They were not upfront regarding their policies or requirements! And they demanded documentation that no other bank requires! That coupled with disgustingly slow service makes this app a scam of a service and not worth anyone’s time. It took them two weeks to write a one paragraph response to a single question despite a 72hr window apparently.

App is not responding and freezes all time for iphone

Applied to mashreq Neo account took 7 days for the bank to deliver welcome kit with my card took all my info and ID and many questions. Told me to wait 5 days till account is active. It’s been 4 weeks, I called 3 times , emailed 2 times and all I got from this experience is the bank sending me advertisements in my email and mobile .

App doesn't work on iPhone x, unable to upload documents. And website process is wrost I have seen so far, so confusing and complicated. Please test the user journey with some real user before launch. After 3-4 tries completely given up. Though the product sounds good.

They are so nice and cute before you open an account… thereafter… your request have been noted, someone will call within 24 hours… 3 months after… nothing!

I thought it's very very convenient if I will get online banking with mashreq neo. but it's not! It will take very very long time,Before you will receive the atm you need to wait 3days for the fetcher then after fetcher you need to wait another more 3days to receive welcome kit then when you receive the welcome kit you need to wait 10days to activate the account. Where is brilliant there? The customer need 1month to wait for this things? I don't understand why it's too much time to wait. It's online it should be fast more convenient. How I will refer to all my friend your service is very bad really this is my first time and I thought I will be happy and satisfied customer but I'm am not. Neo team it's online it should be more faster right? Please wake up. Do your job.

I've heard good things about MashreqNeo but it can't access it because it crashes every time I use it. Very disappointed

Hi I am not able to register as I encountered error after registration of my emirates id.

The hotline has no option to talk to customer service representative as well and chatbot just asks me same questions and able to transfer me to any live agent.

Dear team,
There is a bug after the ios 14 update from 16th September
The bug is. (Calendar logo is not working)
There are many places where you need to put either your DOB or working since etc.
where you have to put the exact date.
Pressing on icon doesn’t pop up calendar.
And once you put the data manually. Its not accepted.
Kindly take a look into it.
