Waiting times are concealed unless you’re already in the park..

I can’t think of any reason why, except to secure people traffic and revenues.. .a bit insulting to be treated like a product from the beginning.
Sorry for a negative overall feedback. EuropaParkRulantica is generally very helpful once you arrive to the park. But we wasted 50-70 mins for each attraction in lines.. would choose other day if we knew.

Impossible to buy online tickets

App keeps asking for missing information but form was completely filled out. Very frustrating!

Okay, but could be better

EuropaParkRulantica itself is OK and gives pertinent information, but it is not very user friendly. Difficult to find your way on the map (impossible to use for guidance through the park), and to find waiting times for rides. Efteling has a wonderful and very user-friendly app...suggest looking at their app for ways to improve on this.

Doesn't work with an iPod Touch without WiFi

I came to Europa Park with EuropaParkRulantica loaded in my iPod Touch, expecting that perhaps Europa Park had free WiFi at the park, or at least in many areas in the park. There is no free WiFi at Europa Park. Apparently you can pay for access to a few hotspots, but this isn't widely promoted, so EuropaParkRulantica was not nearly as effective as I had hoped. The map is fairly good, and you can search for attractions and services relative to where you are, if you can identify where you are on the map, but again, with no WiFi, no GPS is possible. EuropaParkRulantica should be advertised as an app for IPhone, or a note should go into the opening page of EuropaParkRulantica stating that there is no free WiFi at the park.
