- There is no way to purchase images, buy credits or subscriptions, or check on purchased images through the app.

- The app is useless as it requires users to visit the website to do anything.

- The app has an error message when trying to sign in, making it impossible to use.

To resolve iStock network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the iStock App
1. On android, goto Settings » iStock » click [Force Stop]

Clear iStock App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » iStock » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart iStock.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click iStock » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto iStock » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch iStock
