How to fix MMPB app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MMPB app on iPhone
Update MMPB app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MMPB iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MMPB on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MMPB network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

MMPB Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MMPB not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MMPB App
1. On android, goto Settings » MMPB » click [Force Stop]

Update MMPB to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MMPB App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MMPB » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MMPB.

Fix MMPB unable to contact server/ MMPB internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MMPB » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MMPB » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MMPB
