Been 9NEWSWX app user for many years. Just got alert today saying effective July 1st Wx app is no longer supported. Download Denver News from 9NEWS. Where is Denver News link or app inside 9NEWS app? Tried searching, scrolling through various menus, and have not found weather app information. Please provide more information to links for weather information and functions on WX application that will be desupported next week. Thanks

Close and restart the 9NEWS WX app on iPhone
Update 9NEWS WX app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall 9NEWS WX iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix 9NEWS WX on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve 9NEWS WX network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix 9NEWS WX not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the 9NEWS WX App
1. On android, goto Settings » 9NEWS WX » click [Force Stop]

Update 9NEWS WX to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear 9NEWS WX App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » 9NEWS WX » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart 9NEWS WX.

Fix 9NEWS WX unable to contact server/ 9NEWS WX internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click 9NEWS WX » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto 9NEWS WX » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch 9NEWS WX
