How to fix WFAA app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the WFAA app on iPhone
Update WFAA app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall WFAA iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix WFAA on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve WFAA network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix WFAA not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent WFAA app issues:

Force Stop the WFAA App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click WFAA app. » click "Force Stop".

Update WFAA to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear WFAA App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "WFAA app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch WFAA.

Fix WFAA unable to contact server/ WFAA internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click WFAA » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got WFAA » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch WFAA on android.
