News and sports section of app does not update daily. Takes 3-4 days……same old news otherwise. Weather updates fines.

weather app opens but shows no data , jt just says(null) data is currently unavailable. can you fix please?

To resolve WFAA network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the WFAA App
1. On android, goto Settings » WFAA » click [Force Stop]

Clear WFAA App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » WFAA » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart WFAA.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click WFAA » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto WFAA » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch WFAA
