Overall Mobily is easy to use. They could improve the way a person renews prepaid plans. It’s very confusing. If you have time left on the plan but no data, and you have available credit for the cost of the plan, it doesn’t automatically renew until the time runs out. If you try to “renew” the pla... Show more n, you get a message that you’re already subscribed to the plan. You have to manually “unsubscribe” to the plan and resubscribe. During that time you have no internet access. So you have to borrow someone else’s internet. The debit card payment system is also very inconsistent. Once I tried 6 times to recharge using my debit card. I got a text message from my bank with the pin number ant typed it in and then it just sits there saying “processing payment” and the transaction never goes through. I then bought a load through a bakala and reloaded it that way. Mobily definitely needs refinement.

Don’t bother using Mobily for bill payment. It’ll let you enter your credit card number, name, and when you get to the expiration date, Mobily crashes. Tried multiple times, same result. It's a good-super-user-friendly-app! The connecting of the dot at the start is really cool and the signature this app music is totally mesmerizing. The graphics is ok, and the rotating 3D pie-graph on Neqaty summary - cool. Overall it's wonderful, one thing missing though, the multi-tasking thing.... So I have gone from rating this app app “Worst app by a mobile company ever” to one of the best I have seen with few months. The team has worked extremely well on updating Mobily big time. There are still some link issues where it takes you to this app website where it says go to app but overall... Show more the experience is amazing. Love the recent updates

better than old version of Application but it is not update the information in the same time of action that done. The feature of payment through Apple Pay is great

I can do almost everything through Mobily and takes me less than 5 mins.

this app online management is really easy to understand and to manage all line features.

Very good app. I can recharge my line with any amount I chose, using my credit card. Also i can pay bills for any postpaid line which is awesome. Can’t wait till i use the new feature which allow me to charge dade sim!

Much faster than before and quick payment with easy way to pay the bills

The application is getting perfect then before so for that I would say great improvement and great developments and we are expecting more and more development in the future 👍🏻

The application is very helpful and useful, only suggestion is if the payment process is available even when there is no access to internet. Even though this app provides 24 hours free wifi

I can finally pay my bills easily and change my plan and subscription without the need to go to any location and stay in line

It’s very good app but sometimes sluggish and I have to try many times to charge money. Using Apple Pay made payment very easy. Thank you for that. ****Making payment has improved a lot, specially with Apple Pay.

I have been using the pre-paid service and didn’t know about Mobily. This is excellent and I can add funds and plans directly marking it very useful. I hope they make app like this for etisalat in Dubai as they are so far behind this app . Will recommend everyone to use Mobily

I’m grateful that this app is putting on efforts like this into making it easy for customers to use this app services. I use it to recharge, transfer, pay bills , checking balance. Highly recommended for this app users.

There’s a lot of “3G” periods, several times per day with up of 30 minutes long sometimes, preventing us of enjoying the full 4G features. And frequent line cut saying that there’s “No SIM card” in my phone doesn’t help either...

Bruuuuh where was i when this charging thang happened. The new update made it even easier for my friends to recharge their lines through my app, especially if they haven’t installed it. Thanks this app team.

Mobily is very good and more efficient than calling your call center without any benefit but every time I log-in Mobily doesn’t accept my password. I have tried several times to rest the password but this issue doesn’t solve.

But you better save and tie both of my number and my debit card so no need go though all the steps to charge my line
