Not available in my country and steal my money

This used to be my favorite vpn, but two of the free ones right now are Hong Kong and the other 3 are all within the US so it's not very useful at all anymore.

I live in China. This used to work excellent, but the govt is cracking down on vpn. My service started cutting out a lot for about two weeks, always bad connections. Then, I made my next payment for 6 months. THE VERY NEXT DAY service stopped and said I can't use it in China. They literally made it kind of work (since it was blocked) until my payment and then cut me off after raping my money. Absolutely no respect for this company. I used to always tell people to use this vpn, I will never mention this company again!

So i did put my email address, when i try to send an email they asking me to do a captcha which is letters but on my keyboards they are number i can’t send an email to create an account how do i fix this? 😩

it doesn't matter where your program works if it can't work in that country.

This was a great app but they removed a lot of countries and for the few they have left you have to pay premium for everything now. Too bad...

I am living in US. I purchased the membership through App Store but they did not get my membership active. I called customer service number, but I was told by My phone company the number I were calling is not exist. I send them email, they didn’t reply me until next morning and told me they did not find my new purchase record and ask me to provide the evidence. It has been 3 days since I made the payment but still no active membership.
