The Sun Digital Newspaper Status

Payment declined, tried many different ways to pay, deleted app and now can't log back in, sent email saying forgot password about a dozen times but no reply, wife tried to download app and start subscription but payment declined, help please

The Sun digital newspaper on my mobile just shows the red startup screen and hangs. Have tried deleting and reinstalling app. No good. Rebooting phone, no good. Turn off phone leave for 15 mins turn on, no good. Delete app data cache, no good. This has been happening for last 3 days. Help.?

App playing up, when I go to open paper of the day, it opens the page but shows a blank screen, I then have to go to App clear Storage and then re-log in and works until the next time, all the mags work ok....Have tried uninstall and reinstall doesn't cure it

Both my ipad and my husbands ipad we not log into the sun digital paper, we have done latest updates and uninstall app / re install app if we go Google chrome we can log in and read paper but not with the APP We have used app for many years with no problem so whats wrong, my husbands was working until he logged off then could not log back in again, details must be correct other wise we could not log in using Chrome

Hi I am trying it to log into my sun and cannot get past the log in a get past the log in page at all keeps saying something isn’t right and when I say forgot password it doesn’t send me an email have tried lots of times

The sun app blackning out faces on pages for about a month regards

I downloaded the Sun Newspaper app on to my Kindle yesterday, but I cannot get past the login page. I changed the password but still the same result.

Cannot lose sun newspaper. Keep getting error message.

I have subscribed to the online edition for a number of years and use my iPad to view. My iPad is one of the latest editions. Over the past 3 months I have noticed that random pages on the Sun load but the related pictures to the article also load but then fade out and show a completely black image. I have used a second iPad to test and the same happens. Also some images load and then partially black out. Is this a problem with your app and can you help please? Many thanks, Brenda
