Summary of Sun Sentinel Problems 🔥

- User interface to read the e-newspaper is awful.

- Ads at the top make the newspaper even smaller.

- Have to login every time when receive an alert and tap to read the article.

- When click on the notification it’s loads this webpage looking screen where I am asked to log in every single time.

- Article doesn’t open when I click the notification.

- Mobile interface is bad.

I never had a problem downloading and reading the e-newspaper until recently. I get the edition in my email, but as soon as I open it on my iPad or my Mac air a screen pops up saying I have to buy a subscription and won’t let me read anything. However, I can open it on my iPhone with no problem, bug the print is too small. I talked to someone who had me clear the memory and re-boot, but it still happens. Then someone sent me a link, but the same thing happens. HELP!!!!

I have been a subscriber for 45 years and always had wonderful delivery service. My delivery person retired on Sunday, a week ago. I now have service very late or none at all. Right now, my husband is outside waiting for the paper. I just completed reading all of the compaints you have had. Please advise, 954 444 0528. It is now 8:20 and no paper to read. I prefer hard copy.
