Does what it's suppose to

Not sure why there are bad reviews - I understand that SysAidHelpdeskApp doesn't have the full functionality of the SysAid web portal.. however SysAidHelpdeskApp is awesome. I can manage my queue, change statuses, and update notes. What else do you want ? Good job SysAid!

Need a serious update !!

App needs serious updating. Cannot clear a filter once set. Very limited in what you can see on the tickets. Asset filter doesn't work. Can do much better than this guys. And no reviews?? Am I the only earthling using SysAidHelpdeskApp??

Needs updating, has a lot of bugs

I can only get SysAidHelpdeskApp to work by using workarounds. This application seriously needs new updates.

It seems the clearing the filter once a specific user is selected still hasn't been fixed, useless until the bug is fixed.

Can't troubleshoot problems

How am I to troubleshoot problems if I can't respond to requests from within the program?

This application needs a lot of improvement.

Doesn't has message sending capability that why I gave 1 star, unless there is a fix for that

Terrible app

SysAidHelpdeskApp just makes me sad... I don't have time to write this review because I have to start looking for a new ticketing software that is compatible with the current century.

If you're looking into purchasing Sysaid for your company, don't, just don't. Support is terrible, and SysAidHelpdeskApp is proof of that.

No good

This Ap is only good for viewing tickets. Would be nice to reply to users who submitted the ticket from the Ap.

Poorly Done

Ilient really needs to get their act together with SysAidHelpdeskApp. It's painful to use. Tickets are often listed twice. If a description for a ticket is long, you can't read the whole thing. Worst of all, push notifications just stopped working one day. This is not good for us as our team relies on these push notifications to know when new tickets come in and are assigned. I contacted ilient support and they had me try to restart the push notifications options on our server to no avail. I updated the status of the ticket and haven't heard anything back from them for 5 days. I also did a packet capture to confirm that the push notifications are being sent to ilient. So it looks like the problem has to do with ilient's servers. As far as I can see they have made no attempts to remedy the problem.

If you are reading this review then you probably already have sysaid. If you don't, however, my recommendation is to explore other helpdesk options. We pay for an ongoing maintenance contract and will not be renewing until ilient can prove they they value our business by fixing this issue.

I have been waiting for SysAidHelpdeskApp ever since I got the email telling me about it and what can I say, a free app for a platform that has revolutionized the way our IT team helps the company is just amazing! Free too! Thank you ilient! And for the reviewers that are saying it doesn't work: try putting the full URL in with the port number at the end. That worked for me, thank you again ilient!!!

REALLY needs updating for iPad

SysAidHelpdeskApp is basically serviceable but very limited in how productive you can actually be given the relatively small screen of the iphone.

Blowing it up to 2x size on the iPad doesn't really help. It needs to be redesigned to take advantage of the large screen and laid out specifically for the iPad.

Not expecting a freebie here: as a SYSAID user (paid hosted version) I would happily pay a reasonable fee for a well designed iPad version of this.

It's a start

App is very simple, but does provide basic functionality. Needed features in future upgrades: The ability to see what asset is associated with a work order, and click through to the asset details. Currently assets are not viewable at all. Also it would be nice if SysAidHelpdeskApp asked to assign work orders to the current user when closed (like the web version).

Awsome!!

Finally a way to manage tickets on the go. This makes it so easy to keep up with everything. Just got done closing a ticket on site - awsome. No more running back to my desk or wasting time on an enduser's machine. I have been a Loyal Sysaid user since 2004 and love it!!

Why not an iPad version?

Well, I downloaded this because the new website is hard to use on an iPad effectively. Even though it says iPad compatible, it's an iPhone only app that will scale up (with fuzzy artifacts) to fill the screen.

I'm not sure it's worth adding to my iPhone, as I don't need push notifications because I get emails already with all the details (hard to scroll through and read on SysAidHelpdeskApp ). Probably stick with the web page.

Pretty Good

Works fine. If u go to SR filter and just click apply it sorts jobs with newest first. Same thing with assets - it sorts them alphabetically.

Incidents don't update properly

Push notifications work, but incidents aren't updated properly. Sometimes killing SysAidHelpdeskApp and then restarting will help it to sync up, other times not. Unreliable.

App really needs an update. It could be so much better.

Please invest some R&D and Dev dollars

SysAidHelpdeskApp is complete garbage. Your product had enough bugs and issues. SysAidHelpdeskApp, just makes you look like even more of a joke.

Asset Management on SysAidHelpdeskApp simply fails across the board. Where are Asset alerts from the monitoring portion of you solution.

This is such a weak attempt at creating something even remotely useful it's pathetic!

The fact that you haven't updated this hunk of junk in almost a year is a complete joke.

At least make an effort!
