Need a serious update !!

App needs serious updating. Cannot clear a filter once set. Very limited in what you can see on the tickets. Asset filter doesn't work. Can do much better than this guys. And no reviews?? Am I the only earthling using this app??

It seems the clearing the filter once a specific user is selected still hasn't been fixed, useless until the bug is fixed.
