Good, but could be better with a simple fix.
The app is functional but could be made better if it fit the screen size of an iPad when turned on its side.
Functionality way too limited
This app is essentially useless. No search function, no ability to leave internal notes, no ability to forward tickets via email. So much for being able to work on the go.
IPad Landscape view is NOT supported
Needs to have landscape view incorporated into this app. It is not a convenience without this capability.
