How to fix Newsweek app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Newsweek app on iPhone
Update Newsweek app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Newsweek iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Newsweek on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Newsweek network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Newsweek not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Newsweek App
1. On android, goto Settings » Newsweek » click [Force Stop]

Update Newsweek to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Newsweek App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Newsweek » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Newsweek.

Fix Newsweek unable to contact server/ Newsweek internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Newsweek » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Newsweek » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Newsweek
