I cannot play the videos in the articles anymore on my IPhone 12

On The Australian app it shows an article as having say, 311 comments. When I go to the comments section a message says “there are no comments yet, why don’t you write one?”. If I write a comment and post it, I get the message, “Comment error, failed to post a comment. Please try again later.” This happens on every article’s comments. I’m using the latest version of the app and have completely reloaded it several times. Any help would be appreciated. Regards

In new app I can’t see the replies to comments even when I press “show replies” and it changes to “hide replies”. What am I missing?

The Australian digital app (Android) has changed unexpectedly overnight! The display has widened in landscape style and reduced the content displayed on each page. Paging up/down has become erratic and traverses more items than intended with each finger flick. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and revisited all display settings ! Do you have any advice before I consider cancelling my subscription? Thanks Geoff Lewis grlewis.sandringham@redacted
