The older versions of MTR was much better- cellular data was not required back then just to see a simple route. Also this new updates looks more complicated to use.

Why do your games always ask you to open another extension/browser on safari to play, but when the safari page opens, it asks you to play on MTR ? It is impossible to play

Fine for maps and planning a journey. But you really need it when the trains fail. Standing on the train indefinitely and not knowing why. MTR during these crucial times is a total fail!

Ever since I start using it this year, it has never been successful loading anything. The spinning circle would go for about 2-4 mins, then MTR crashed! Please help!!

Response is slow on trip planner, which requires data update every time

Since this year, I can log in, but when I try to do anything in MTR , it immediately crashes. Fix it!

When you pay a one day pass ticket for tourist you need to collect the ticket from specific stations not use through app which un useful however MTR gives error many times go with oysters cards much better and useful

A good idea for an app that is poorly designed and poorly supported. I beta tested it for them way back in August and they wiped out all the bonus points they promised without so much as an email or message of any kind. Crashes repeatedly now too

I also believe that they are gleaning personal information that they shouldn't have access to....

Points for the bonus game are too low, before was 50 points each time, choices of gift are almost no choice, cause points need to be redeemed for a gift are too high, should set the points a lot lower & more different kinds of gifts

Since the screen of iPhone is small, please add the remove ads button as the ads is extremely annoying and reduce the usable space much. This is a important issue for design a user friendly user interface.

Also, the ads have not contain much commercial ads since this app has noticeably profit and this app is a social enterprise.

the application is official released and kinda well designed but the update is quite boring. Once we dont need the info about the nearby places esp for a local user, we may at least use some basic functions such as checking the route or refer the map without the updates!

Those tourists or people of Western origin living in or visiting Hong Kong will not be able to read the Chinese characters in order to get into the 'More' section and change the language from Chinese to English. Therefore the first options/setting screen should be a language picker where the user can pick their language of choice. Really basic user experience problem.

I was looking for something similar and surprise This is free with so many features on it. The intro flash is 5 sec and occasionally have ads but its manageable I think compares to what it offers

MTR is awesome！！！it can work offline, tell u where u can find a certain place or even a certain shop！！i also find local delicous place to hav lunch by its searching whereabouts function！！so useful！i didnt hav any trouble with MTR as commented by other users, maybe it has updated and solve the problems！

Annoying, but redownloading MTR after deleting it fixes everything and worked flawlessly.

I'm from the States and staying in Hong Kong can get complicated. However, MTR helped when it came to transportation and when to change MTRs.
