Not better than the last version

Although this version has new features it lacks one very important one that has always been very useful and available on previous versions. There’s no way to view payments you have scheduled. You can only see account activity from bills that have already been paid. This is a major oversight and really inexcusable. I’ve also noticed that when I went to check the ratings and reviews, The ones that I saw were all from a year ago - why?

JPM READ your reviews...

While I like the JPM app, it seems apparent JPM app developers do not read reviews as to what customers want that JPMorgan does NOT do. I’d like to know WHICH account my notifications are for. I have several accounts and it is VERY tedious and time consuming to go through each one to look for the triggering activity. It can’t be that difficult to do. And, several reviewers have mentioned the same thing apparently for a few years now....

Good start

JPMorgan is making great progress thanks for adding:

1.) Credit Journey 2.) Credit card reward offers 3.) View into external accounts. 4.) Making JPMorgan the authenticator for web logins. 5.) Identity Alerting and Monitoring

However, JPMorgan still needs:

1.) iOS 14 Home screen widgets - think Total Assets and Credit Card Balance widgets 2.) Dark Mode - come on already 3.) Budget tracking like Mint and Morgan Stanley 4.) Apple Wallet integration for all credit card transactions, not just Apple Pay ones. See AMEX on how they get this right. 5.) Ability to see scheduled bills in a calendar view. 6.) Ability to easily clear alerts, not just mark as read.

Have “movers” include negative movment again

It used to be within accounts you could hit the tab to see all of the top moving stocks - but it up or down, now it is only up. Please put the negative back in there as well.

Great App!!!

I have been a J.P. Morgan customer for several years. JPMorgan meets, and exceeds my needs. They’re consistently updating their app, and it’s very polished. Something I would expect from them.

Not the best, but getting there

Not the best, but decent. I agree with the comment about not being able to see the balance on pending transactions. A most tool for me! I believe it needs an update

Needs work

The screen for mobile should adjust for horizontal as well as vertical positions. The alert notification is ok but when you go to the alert screen for details you have zero indication which account, if you have multiple accounts, is generating the alert—-so you have to look at each account to determine the origin of the alert. Horrible.

All around a good app

I’m glad they seem to update JPMorgan regularly. They have a solid app with an easy UI. An overall portfolio/net worth view would be great

The app don’t even work

When ever I try to sign in it says, “ Please use the Chase Mobile app on your iPhone to access your accounts For help downloading JPMorgan , visit —- or call us at -/—-/-.” My dad has did that already. What a wast of time. I called and couldn’t help. I’ll try tomorrow once again.

App works great to transfer from investment to checking account.

Newest App Not as Good

Easy to use for balance and deposits. Need to add back the option for all the features in PC app to phone and iPad. New presentation is not intuitive.

Broken

Latest update doesn’t let me deposit checks. Crashes every time it takes a photo. Rebooted phone, deleted and reinstalled app, installed iOS 15, and then tried it on my iPad. Nothing helped. Definitely some qc issues, guys.

As a 21 year old that heavenly values technology this is it. JPMorgan works flawlessly and the industry research is great for trying to research stocks!

Terrible redesign

I used to love JPMorgan design until the most recent “accordion” redesign (perhaps still rolling out - not yet reflected in JPMorgan Store screenshots). It just looks awful and performs terribly (stutters while scrolling, awkward gesture to get to additional account options).

Would also love to see what others have requested in their reviews, including:

- better Apple Wallet integration, allowing for push notifications of *all* transactions like AmEx
- iOS 14 widgets
- dark mode
- Siri integration

Just tried to log in. JPMorgan let me waste my time logging in then AFTER that said i need to update before i log in. Why?

JPMorgan works really well. Nice design, customizable, etc. But having a dark mode version would make it even better
