This app is a good start, with nice updated features to now have parity with others, like: 1.) Credit Journey 2.) Credit card reward offers 3.) View into external accounts. However, still lacking and needs: 1.) iOS 14 Home screen widgets 2.) Dark Mode 3.) Budget tracking like Mint and Morgan Stanley 4.) Apple Wallet integration for all credit card transactions, not just Apple Pay ones. See AMEX on how they get this right. 5.) Ability to see scheduled bills in a calendar view. 6.) Add credit and identity security to Credit Journey (Morgan Stanley does this). 7.) Ability to easily clear alerts, not just mark as read. The COVID banner is played out. 7.) Expand Multi-factor beyond text messages that lack security and add Authenticator options (soft token) like other financial institutions, Twitter and Facebook support. No ability to clear the COVID banner. I don’t need reminded every login that you have a COVID link.
Not better than the last version
Although this version has new features it lacks one very important one that has always been very useful and available on previous versions. There’s no way to view payments you have scheduled. You can only see account activity from bills that have already been paid. This is a major oversight and really inexcusable. I’ve also noticed that when I went to check the ratings and reviews, The ones that I saw were all from a year ago - why?
JPM READ your reviews...
While I like the JPM app, it seems apparent JPM app developers do not read reviews as to what customers want that the app does NOT do. I’d like to know WHICH account my notifications are for. I have several accounts and it is VERY tedious and time consuming to go through each one to look for the triggering activity. It can’t be that difficult to do. And, several reviewers have mentioned the same thing apparently for a few years now....
Have “movers” include negative movment again
It used to be within accounts you could hit the tab to see all of the top moving stocks - but it up or down, now it is only up. Please put the negative back in there as well.
The screen for mobile should adjust for horizontal as well as vertical positions. The alert notification is ok but when you go to the alert screen for details you have zero indication which account, if you have multiple accounts, is generating the alert—-so you have to look at each account to determine the origin of the alert. Horrible.
All around a good app
I’m glad they seem to update the app regularly. They have a solid app with an easy UI. An overall portfolio/net worth view would be great
Dark Mode Pleaae
This app works really well. Nice design, customizable, etc. But having a dark mode version would make it even better
App works great to transfer from investment to checking account.
Not the best, but getting there
Not the best, but decent. I agree with the comment about not being able to see the balance on pending transactions. A most tool for me! I believe it needs an update
Newest App Not as Good
Easy to use for balance and deposits. Need to add back the option for all the features in PC app to phone and iPad. New presentation is not intuitive.
I wish the investment accounts were totaled as well as noted individually.
As a 21 year old that heavenly values technology this is it. The app works flawlessly and the industry research is great for trying to research stocks!
When log in the applications is frozen on the second screen
Just tried to log in. The app let me waste my time logging in then AFTER that said i need to update before i log in. Why?
