Skedlife won’t let me cancel appointments, which still forces me to call my chiropractor’s office. And if I️ had to cancel, I️ continue to get 5 notifications on the day I️ cancelled the appointment for, which means I️ need to call them again to ensure it’s cancelled. And then I️ get a notification after said cancelled appointment saying I️ missed my appointment. It won’t let me turn off notifications in the settings. It’s a junk app that only chiropractors seem to be liking because of the functionality it should have. But if I’m having this many problems then I️ know others are too. I️ can’t imagine how much chiropractic practices are paying to end up getting multiple calls from their clients anyway. And then their clients are irritated because of this crappy app.

I finally figured out how to merge my appointment calendar with my iPhone - not an easy feat, but is doable. But it never stays synced or you have to sync it every time there is a change...so I am not sure how that is better then just having a normal appointment schedule in your calendar. Plus there are no notifications that I can find that remind you that you have an appointment- granted that is why you sync it to the calendar, but again - if it does stay synced, what good does it do. So you miss appointments...yay, wasted money.
Oh and let’s not forget the “you can contact” your place from Skedlife - yep, nope. No way to contact them.

So basically it is just a useless barcode that I should just print out and keep in my wallet .

ZERO STARS. One star indicates it works. That is too much credit for Skedlife.

Just downloaded. Didn’t install correctly as I couldn’t open it from Skedlife - had to search in App Store again and click OPEN just to open it. Couldn’t delete it or move the icon either. Rebooted phone, only to find I can now open Skedlife from my main screen, it doesn’t open, but is stuck spinning on the opening splash page. Deleted and reinstalled. Now it cannot load appointment times for a day later this week. Junk.

Will be complaining also to my doc - if their patients can’t use Skedlife with ease, it certainly isn’t worth whatever service fees they are paying to use this “service”.

UPDATED REVIEW: Skedlife developer told me to contact them and they’d help me so I tried through Skedlife where it says “trouble logging in?” I went through the steps and then couldn’t even submit my email/help request because I’d click submit and nothing would happen!

Out of all the many times I’ve tried to login to Skedlife to see my chiropractor appointments, it’s worked maybe 3-4 times. 9 times out of 10, it takes me to the login screen, I try to login and then it just returns me back to the login screen. But somehow I still get appointment reminder notifications? It’s horribly frustrating.

It's ok, but needs some work. Pros: I like the convenience of being able to change my doctor's appointments without having to call. Can change appointments for family members without having to log in separately. Cons: My settings are never saved if I don't log into Skedlife for some time. No option to sync to calendar. Some suggestions: Would love to be able to sync appointments with my phone calendar! Should have an option to remember username/password.

My 16 year old son, a high school football player, had one too many injuries to his back and neck. Physical therapy and rest were not enough and he was always in discomfort and sometimes pain throughout the day, impacting his ability to focus in school and he was constantly irritable and frustrated. Dr. Eric was extremely thorough in educating us on Chiropractic care and thorough in his assessment before treating him. As a mom, he made me feel at ease and my son felt hopeful. My son began to feel significantly better with every single adjustment. It’s been a year and the treatment was such a success! I’m sure every individual case is different but for my son, chiropractic care was the best option and I HIGHLY recommend Dr Eric and his staff. I have never worked with any type of medical staff that are so consistent in their superior service. From the cleanliness of the facilities to the professionalism and attention to every detail, Dr. Eric and his staff get 5 stars across the board from us!!

Inside Out Chiropractic has made a huge difference in my life! I am a ruptured aneurysm survivor... and with this comes setbacks of memory loss and headaches! BUT they have continued to Help our Heavenly Father Heal me and have made a night and day difference in my headaches!

I’ve been coming here for a couple of years. The doctors are a Christian couple with your wellness in mind. They care for the whole family. The office staff is so friendly and make you feel very welcome. Wouldn’t go anywhere else

Our practice members love the ease of use and ability to change their appointments without calling the office. It saves our team so much calling to get people rescheduled. There are so many features we still don’t utilize and can’t wait to start implementing all of them!

My chiropractor’s office uses SKED to manage appointments and it’s honestly the most convenient thing ever. Multiple members of my family receive care there and with our hectic schedules, it’s simple to open Skedlife and reschedule or double check appointments as needed. I am able to switch between family members if I need to without leaving the main screen, no dealing w separate log ins etc. It is definitely preferable to me over calling the office or even logging into a website; everything we need is there on Skedlife .

Skedlife has saved our office in so many ways. Automating your office is the way to go these days with simple unneeded tasks so you can spend more time in the office helping them out. SKED has made it so simple and their customer service is second to none. Try it out today!

My chiropractor uses Skedlife for scheduling and check-in, and I am pleased with it. I like being able to change my appointment if necessary without having to call the office. The office also uses it to send messages to patients.

Dr Carpenter has seen me for 6+months and has relieved my shoulder pain and continues to work on a bad hip. He is thorough, pleasant and makes me feel more comfortable plus gives me lots of education to get me healthier I would recommend giving chiropractic a try.

I really like Skedlife and it works well to schedule an appointment or to change an appointment. So far, I haven’t figured out how to simply cancel an appointment altogether but that might be just my problem. Anyway, I recommend Skedlife .

We love the doctors, community, and especially how we feel after each adjustment! I’m never nervous about going because they did a great job of informing us beforehand what our bodies need and making a plan we can both move forward with.

Sked makes scheduling so much easier with my busy life. Being on the go all the time, I hate making phone calls and Sked makes it so easy to reschedule right on Skedlife the support staff is also amazing and so helpful. I needed help with registration, and I was able to get help from someone within 15 minutes through email! They were so nice and helpful. This is such a good idea!

When you’re getting adjustments weekly, it can be tough to remember to tell the staff every time I need a schedule change. Sked has made my life so much easier by letting me move appointments and communicate with the girls in the office!
Even if I’m going to be 15 minutes late, I’ll move my appointment so everyone is aware and doesn’t have to call me for a missed appt. Saves SO much time for us all!

We absolutely love having sked in the practice! I fully believe we wouldn't have all the practice members or adjustment visits as we do if we didn't have Sked. So many of our practice members talk about how much they love having an app and text reminders. Makes things simple. Can't skip all the phone calls though! Still gotta use the phone, but Sked is amazing and totally worth it!!

Outstanding customer service!! We've used several texting services over the years, and SKED exceeds them all in functionality, reliability, and customer service. We've had many patients compliment us on the software since we've made the switch. Highly recommended!!

Gives me the ability to be flexible because my work can be very demanding, especially now a days, so with Skedlife I am able to accommodate for the unplanned and easily reschedule an appointment with out ever having to call any one or give an explanation. I really love it!!!!

It’s great having a app that would notification of doc appointments and the ability to change them. However Skedlife does not keep you logged in and you have to input your email and password every time Skedlife is opened. Never had a notification come up reminding of a appointment. You also have to select your group every time you log in to handle your children’s appointments.
This should be really useful if the issues get corrected.

I used to love and still do love the convenience of being able to hop into Skedlife to change my appts.
However - since the last update - I do NOT like the layout and appearance of the info in Skedlife . Very hard to read.
It works pretty much the same but is NOT as user friendly.

Useful. Like scanning in at appt. how about Touch ID?

We LOVE SKED in our office! It makes it WAY easier for busy practice members to reschedule and significantly improves show ups. Plus they are always coming out with new features to make Skedlife better and are very receptive to feedback.

I love being able to make my own appointments and reschedule them when needed. Skedlife makes that possible plus it reminds me of my appointments, so I've not missed one!

Before SKED, I had to call and reschedule my appointments all the time. With Skedlife , I can reschedule quickly and without hassle. It has changed my life! So convenient and easy, I wouldn’t want it any other way.

I live out of town, so having the ability to change the time of my appointment is so convenient and it is super easy to use.
