Summary of Grupio Problems 🔥

- App still needs a little work to keep it from locking up causing you to delete and reload the app.

- Sessions were randomly ordered which put me off right away.

- App just kept crashing on my friends iPhone 4s.

- Deleted the app on day 2 of the conference.

While others have been able to download my conference, I am not (County Commissioners Association of PA). I have deleted and reinstalled the app several times. Suggestions?

How to fix Grupio app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Grupio app on iPhone
Update Grupio app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Grupio iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Grupio on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Grupio network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Grupio Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Grupio not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Grupio App
1. On android, goto Settings » Grupio » click [Force Stop]

Update Grupio to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Grupio App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Grupio » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Grupio.

Fix Grupio unable to contact server/ Grupio internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Grupio » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Grupio » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
