I have a recurring, me really troublesome, issue with Google Drive and Pages app working together. All of my documents are on Google Drive. Sometimes I can access (invoice templates in Pages format) on Pages app it works fine. More often than not I cannot access anything on my Google Drive through apps. I choose “Google Drive” as the source but it just freezes. I have done everything I can. Please help because this is time consuming and my workflow is extremely interrupted by the issue.

I can't find any of the documents that I created in Pages prior to 2022! They've disappeared from all of my devices - iPhone, MacBook, iMac

How to fix Pages app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Pages app on iPhone
Update Pages app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Pages iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Pages on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Pages network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Pages app issues:

Force Stop the Pages App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Pages app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Pages to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Pages App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Pages app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Pages.

Fix Pages unable to contact server/ Pages internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Pages » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Pages » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Pages on android.
