TDCanada has not let me sign in for over 6 months. I am located in the US and need to access my Canadian accounts weekly, but am unable to do so on my mobile. This is very frustrating and means I cannot make any mobile deposits from abroad. I do not understand why TDCanada stopped working, but would appreciate if your team could investigate why it gives the “unable to log in to your account” message every time I open TDCanada . (Even before entering my login information???)

I was really enjoying how handy TDCanada was with keeping track of how much was in my account and keeping track of my transactions. But after the last update it’s become very inaccurate and doesn’t list all of the transactions made and even puts them on the wrong day. I’m glad I got the TD MySpend app because it’s still keeping an accurate list of what is being taken out and put in. I will update my review if this gets fixed.

TDCanada works sometimes. Sometimes it says there’s an error with your password and login and won’t let you login. However, I’m able to login on a desktop computer with the same logins. It’s irritating because I keep trying to login and it says too many attempts and I can’t use easy web after that. It kicks me out till I call customer service and get it reactivated. I hope they fix this soon. I’ve tried deleting TDCanada and re-installing it. No luck

TDCanada has lots of information, but it’s not easy to get to. Everything takes more clicks than is necessary. For example, tap holdings, and you see a list with your gains and losses as you should. But then to get details like P/E ratio, tap again, and then again, and then again.

However, one great feature is that it will show your portfolio performance compared to your personal target as well as standard benchmarks over a variety of time periods. TD Ameritrade, by way of comparison, doesn’t do this.

Finally!!! You guys finally support iPhone X.
You also did a nice parallax header effect and I really like the way the buttons move to the navigation bar and scales when you touch them. The best part is... you get haptic feedback so you know you’ve touched the buttons.

The new theme is great. Easy to use. Now please theme the accounts screen!

Also I found a bug. The Apple Pay menu with two cards added puts the second card below the safeAreaInsets so you can’t actually tap the second card because it activates the system drag gesture.

IE: the second card is so far down the screen and there’s no way to press it and doesn’t scroll on iPhone X..

I live in United States but have a condo in Toronto that I rent out. TDCanada saves me a lot of mailing and asking family to do deposits. Thank you so much for the mobile deposit feature - it’s wonderful!

We have funds and family in Canada and while living down in US for now, it makes life a lot easier- getting checks as gifts in Cdn funds was always a pain if we weren’t going up for a while!

I live in the USA and routinely get checks / cheques from Canada. TDCanada is so simple to use it’s amazing. Take a photo front and back, insert the amount, and you’re done. It doesn’t get any easier than that!

TD Bank app is getting better and better. I didn’t think it could happen and they did it. I recommend TD Bank and the TD Bank app to anyone who is doing cross-border accounting between Canada and the USA. Bravo.

With the pandemic closing so many local branches, the lines at the open branches are long — it is so helpful to have a way to deposit cheques by simply taking a photo of them on my iPhone. The process is simple and directions are clear. I’m impressed!

I absolutely love this feature! We began using it to avoid unnecessary trips to the bank’s ATM to deposit checks during COVID-19. Who new it could be so easy to deposit checks from home!?! Even the scanning is simple and automatic. We will be depositing all cheques this way from now on!

I live in the United States some of my checks come in the form of Canadian checks and I’m on able to deposit them here… Then I have to send them back to Canada with my signature etc. etc. I finally was able to get your app downloaded on my phone and use it for the first time tonight and I can’t tell you how happy I am… Thank you so much

What a pleasure Best website for banking both business and personal banking. This bank understands security but makes it so easy to do my banking. Home or out of country. No other bank that I know of has a website even close to this one. I can download to My accounting software up to 18 months back.

Oh my God, TDCanada simplifies my life! I love it. I live in the US and I have Canadian clients, some of whom still write checks instead of using online banking. It is so simple and convenient to get my check from the mailbox, deposit it from my chair, presto. Done.

The website is annoying because 2-Factor authentication is required every time. You can't set the browser as trusted. For that reason, I'm relying more on TDCanada . The website is essential for many reasons, but TDCanada is really useful for quick operations.

Coming to the US and registering new accounts has shown me what a great app this is. The attention to detail makes me believe TD is far more modern and fast moving than other banks.
