I have used the lite version of EagleEyesplus for a few years with an older avtech dev without a problem. I decided to purchase the paid full version of EagleEyesplus so I could watch previously recorded content. The paid full version of EagleEyesplus doubles and squashes the same screen in playback mode. When you try to use a different camera EagleEyesplus crashes. Other functions of EagleEyesplus are not intuitive or donβt seem to work. Very disappointed.
When I went to view the camera, it said that an upgrade was available so I did the upgrade. I have not been able to view the camera since. When I go into EagleEyesplus and click on the camera I want to view, it immediately kicks me out of EagleEyesplus . How can I fix this?
Things were working pretty good till last update... Now can't see any recordings (no list at all)... Besides fixing this and some other bugs it would be nice if you could add "tap" to return to previous screen as when "tap" to go to single camera full screen... Also maybe swipe to advance though the camera views...

Update 1.0.5.7 took away my ability to view my cameras over a cellular network! Works only on Wi-Fi! Tried with several devices with the same results. Wi-Fi does work no matter where I am at but, now I have to hope a secure Wi-Fi is available. Please fix!!!!!
Before this update I was able to log in to view my cameras over wifi and 3G. After this update I can only see them on wifi. If I switch to 3G it never loads. It's all very slow when switching from one camera to the other. Please fix this issue ASAP. I run a CCTV business and all of my customers are having the same issue.
Very difficult to use app, Limited functions, most control are useless , worse video quality ......One star is too much

I've gone thru all the settings and since this update I no longer receive the alert sound when I receive a Push Video alert. I have 3 AVN80x cameras all having same problem. They were working fine, but very fragile stability, prior to this update. Also EagleEyesplus Support button leads to an invalid web page.
used to work fine but since last ISO8 update my iPhone 5 and EagleEyesplus don't seem to be getting along. sure wish a update can please be sent out to fix current recording viewing problem.
I cannot view my cameras, using EagleEyesplus , unless I reset the box but turning the power off and on again. Then I can use EagleEyesplus , for a day or two, until I have to do it again. Please fix.
Good performance increases! Much much faster response times from the original app.
Please fix the quality of video options.
It now auto sets the video display down from 720x480 to 352x200.

I have been using Eagleeyes plus since it was introduced and it has always been exceptional. Lately it crashes each time I attempt to open it. Opens then less that 1/2 second later it crashes. I find no updates on line to fix this. Please fix ASAP
You have to have Gestures Command on in settings to tap and go to one camera full screen. Need to be able to tap again to go back, and double tap to go to the next camera in full screen. That feature would be worth 5 stars.
I hope you could add the ability to switch camera via sliding instead of clicking channel then select camera.
after last update apps does not work
Works love it when I travel or just at home beach wherever I can watch my c store fast and easy rewind the video I even watch when driving home 1 upgrade is to be able to save the video clip you download but better than all the other apps by far I have a q see system and lorex and EagleEyesplus and system beats them hands down thanks ken
