Very disappointed

I have used the lite version of this app for a few years with an older avtech dev without a problem. I decided to purchase the paid full version of the app so I could watch previously recorded content. The paid full version of the app doubles and squashes the same screen in playback mode. When you try to use a different camera the app crashes. Other functions of the app are not intuitive or donโt seem to work. Very disappointed.
App does not work after latest upgrade

When I went to view the camera, it said that an upgrade was available so I did the upgrade. I have not been able to view the camera since. When I go into the app and click on the camera I want to view, it immediately kicks me out of the app. How can I fix this?
Update 1.0.5.7 broke app!!!

Update 1.0.5.7 took away my ability to view my cameras over a cellular network! Works only on Wi-Fi! Tried with several devices with the same results. Wi-Fi does work no matter where I am at but, now I have to hope a secure Wi-Fi is available. Please fix!!!!!
