Ancestry Status

I use ancestry.com web site on my Ipad. I do not use the app. It seems that since Ancestry and ancestry DNA were matched that problems started. The website does not show the top menu. I have to go to account settings to display a tree. Once I display a tree, I click on the "DNA" tab on the side menu, and nothing happens. I have to continuously click on it, and something may or may not pop up. There is no way to access the top menu, such as searching the card catalog. I have cleared my cache, cookies, extensions, etc. numerous times. I have issues with both Safari and Chrome. Nothing works.

My ancestry page is the original free page...the one ive been working on for almost 2 years is unaccessable😥and most times when i go to trees and click on one it boots me out. Please help!!!! Judi

Recently the app crashes frequently but not always when I try to open the tree of a dna match. On new iPad.Reverts to Home Screen

Please please go back to the mobile app version of 2022! This new version as of January 2023 is terrible and not functional! The 2022 version was functional and a pleasure to work on. Now it’s not!!!

I’m very disgusted with ancestry right now because you can’t do anything in the app. Crashing it has been this way for 3 days now. We pay too much money to have very poor service I think you better fix or I’m leaving and I have a lot of info on my tree but very disappointed with ancestry.

My ancestry app is not syncing. I'll see there are no photos in the galleries excepting for profile. I cannot move to the ""Fact" section. And when I try to navigate in the app, it seems to be frozen as the Circle just keeps spinning and then in about 30 sec, a message will pop up the ancestry is not working and do I want to wait or close app. I have Uninstaller and reinstalled the app and that did not fix it. There are no outstanding updates. Ancestry on my PC works fine. This happens on my phone and tablet.

App has been down since last update. It has now been 4 days. I am paying over $40 a month for a useless product that I have invested 2 1/2 years in.

I have the app on my Chromebook, and it has started crashing every 10 minutes, starting a few days ago. I have uninstalled 3 x, not helping at all. I'm paying $25+ a month for THIS?? I can't even use it!!

My ancestry app . Starting last night, freezes then it goes into downloading. I deleted the app and reinstalled. Worked for 10 minutes - started doing the same thing all over again - downloading

Where are all my ancestry photos - they are not appearing in the app on my iPhone. This has been going on now for some time.

I've cleared cookies and Cache, but I still cannot view 1) my home page or 2) any filmstrips. Both remain blank! Please help!

Images will not open - even those previously saved to a record. Just the blank film strip with unresponsive buttons. This happens when using Chrome, Safari, and Firefox browsers. Please arrange a “bug fix” as soon as possible. This has been going on for months.

Can’t get access to my account ever time I click on my app it Disappears

My Ancestry app keeps crashing any advice to solve this problem.

Both Ancestry and Ancestry DNA apps crashes as soon as the opening page appears on my IPad. Problem started this past Wednesday (after receiving a message that some parts of the website were undergoing maintenance).. My software is up to date. I’ve tried rebooting, cleared cash and cookies, and I’ve uninstalled and installed both apps to no avail. Website works fine however I rely on using the app. I’ve connected with two support staff members on live chat whose advice was to wait 48 hours and try again. That has not helped.Any other suggestions?

I am having a freezing problem when I went to merge and now it is frozen and I can’t do anything. Please help me get it unfrozen. Thank You Dawn
