When I hit bill pay my app closed. When I go back in using app it says it crashed.

While depositing check on the app, as soon as I save the picture, the app goes back to the log in screen

To resolve Wood network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Wood App
1. On android, goto Settings » Wood » click [Force Stop]

Clear Wood App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Wood » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Wood.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Wood » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Wood » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
