MyProjects is a powerful and intuitive task manager. Easily manage: tasks (to do’s), projects, priorities, workflow status, due dates, contexts, tags, assignees, estimated time and estimated cost. MyProjects is inspired by GTD and “7 Habits of Highly Effective People”. MyProjects provides its advanced features via a beautiful, easy to use and intuitive interface. Just what I was looking for...

I am checking out over 10 other apps for organization, and this one stands out from the rest. I am using an ipad2 and I have had no problems with crashing. I was so impressed with it, I already purchased the full version. If you want something simple that will get the job done in a major way, this is the app for you. I feel this app is made more for the average person, with home, school and work projects. As much as I like this app I don't feel it is robust enough to use for corporate projects. (Maybe I am wrong!) But for the rest of us, you will find it a pleasure to work with. The part that impresses me the most is how the app is set up so you can see what projects are due in so many different ways using the filters. It does come with a guide, you just have to press the (i) button, located throught the app. Try the free version first, spend a little time with it by starting your own mini to do list, and as you play around with it you will see how friendly it really is.

Great Start

As someone who has been continuously frustrated by other GTD-like apps like Nozbe, this app is great. I love that you can have a checklist on a Task so I don't have to create a separate task for every 10 minute action and can manage things at a higher level. Linked/Parent tasks, projects, contexts, tags all make it easy for just about anyone to manage their work. Things missing: - The ability to export a PDF or send a nicely formatted email will all task details (including checklist) would allow me to create a project and then just send tasks to team members making this a simple lightweight project management tool. - Sync with a hosted service would be great, web application, etc. - Ability to set actual time and actual cost so I can track actuals vs. estimates - Export a summary list of project/category/tag/person or generate a report so values like actuals vs. estimates can be crunched in a spreadsheet Keep up the good work.
