How to fix ZipRealty app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ZipRealty app on iPhone
Update ZipRealty app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ZipRealty iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ZipRealty on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ZipRealty network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

ZipRealty Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix ZipRealty not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the ZipRealty App
1. On android, goto Settings » ZipRealty » click [Force Stop]

Update ZipRealty to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ZipRealty App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ZipRealty » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ZipRealty.

Fix ZipRealty unable to contact server/ ZipRealty internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ZipRealty » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ZipRealty » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ZipRealty
