How to fix MyRogers app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MyRogers app on iPhone
Update MyRogers app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MyRogers iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MyRogers on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MyRogers network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

MyRogers Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MyRogers not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MyRogers App
1. On android, goto Settings » MyRogers » click [Force Stop]

Update MyRogers to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MyRogers App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MyRogers » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MyRogers.

Fix MyRogers unable to contact server/ MyRogers internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MyRogers » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MyRogers » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
