When choosing English option you won’t have full support of the application! Too bad coming from the first service provider in the country.
How can I change the language to English? In a country full of tourist, why would you not make it accessible for all?

As a foreign buying a package for my phone was one of the hardest thing in Turkcell for me when you try to find out what's better for you then you will see the next menu is inTurkish again so .... it won't help you and going to a store is faster
Turkcell is not truly translated with English options for each item. Also when you go to pay by card within Turkcell it is literally impossible because of the application design prevents you from clicking “Tamam” at the bottom of the application screen
One big company must have English translation! Internet is so poor and slow. Never seen worse internet. App does not work if you haven’t internet! You can’t bought gb on app when you finished.
Turkcell is very clunky and doesn’t usually work. Every time you log in, they have changed things around.
When the package is finished, I can't buy extra gbs through Turkcell because it doesn't connect.
Don’t have any language
As most of the foreign travelers, I only installed Turkcell to see my account details in English, but unfortunately there’s no way to change the language in Turkcell . It’s a must needed feature!
I like Turkcell but the fact that it doesnt offer payments via non-Turkish cards makes it practically useless for me and all other foreigners.
Definitely need too many upgrades. Customer Service Contact Sources are also not good
