How to fix NASA app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the NASA app on iPhone
Update NASA app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall NASA iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix NASA on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve NASA network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

NASA Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix NASA not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the NASA App
1. On android, goto Settings » NASA » click [Force Stop]

Update NASA to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear NASA App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » NASA » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart NASA.

Fix NASA unable to contact server/ NASA internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click NASA » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto NASA » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch NASA
