I was installing your update when it stopped working and now I can't even log into my account. Message says to reboot so I have turned the computer off several times and nothing happen. How about a phone number so I can talk to a person. Thanks.
My RoboForm app won’t open
RF works on my computer but will not open on iPhone.
Trying to use but roboform logo is just stuck before opening. When it happens to log in every now and then, it crashes in middle of using. No specific area when it freezes
RB online will no longer recognize my Master Password but it is recognized by RB on my mobile app. I can also login to roboform.com. So I no longer have online access to my login info. for other websites. Roboform Support does not seem to know how to fix the problem, which I suspect is related to RB Server problems.
Roboform keeps logging out on Android phone after a few seconds
having problems, running on domain, windows 11 Dell laptop, no changes to computer. today roboform, when I ask for the login in the browser, asks me to reload the page to use the extension. Does not work, even after reloading the page. This has just started today in chrome.
