I use this aplication to keep tract of rental properties and it works great. The one thing I would like to see is a way to back up info, I lost all of my info last time I synced my phone and had to start all over.
This is one of the better financial tracking apps that I have tried. It is a bit overwhelming at first but there is apparently no getting around that.
