Thuisbezorgd nl Erfahrungen und Bewertung

Obwohl ich weder Thuisbezorgdnl benutzt habe noch etwas über die Website bestellt habe, bekam ich eine Email von PayPal dass Geld abgebucht wurde. Die Firma weigert sich es zu erstatten.

Your order might get lost in the system and you don’t get any feedback or information about your order. Awful App design. Where’s my money? It’s not on my bank account. Should I order again? Is the food coming? I just don’t know.
If you can use another app.


I will update this if my problems get resolved.

I ordered my food and first the app estimated 30’. Then it extended to 15’. And for the other. 30’ the app showed different timings (15’, 13’, 14’, 9’) and none of them were right

I waited almost and hour or more. It's better to manage the right expectations.

I don’t see the time I ordered. It needs to be implemented.
That’s important as I had too many delays in the past and was sitting and waiting or the delivery guy messed up the order.

2.
customer service is only available via email and the response time is questionable. That’s super helpful when you have a complaint/ no food was delivered.
Please, implement a hotline/chat function.

For the amount of delivery cost they charge, their service isn’t worth!!

They take weeks to answer and do not solve problems. If u had a bad experience is only crying….

Couldn’t take my PayPal

Everything is good. The app is amazing but the payment conditions are really limited. Just cash or rabobank payments are allowed! Netherlands has the Ideal payment system what you could implement to attract more customers !!!! Please improve and add IDEAL payment system. I hate it to go to the ATM and get cash out to order pizza from this app. I also could go to any shopping mall if I have to go to the ATM :)

While this service was for free a while ago, more and more payment methods top-up the price getting more expensive over time it seems. Starting from 25 cents to a whopping 2 euros for large orders. And they seem to charge the delivery service as well - fair they have to get money from somewhere, but from both sides?

I end up browsing here and ordering directly with the service in the old fashioned way

Super unkomplizierte App und alles dabei.

The app does everything everything you need from a delivery service app, finds your address easy, payment methods and selection of food are plenty. The only reason I haven't rated it with 5 stars is for the lack of filter via cuisine. You can't say, show me all the pizza places, or all the sushi places and it's not always clear what kind of food the place offers. It'd be nice if they tried to sort them somehow.

If you are ever in doubt if you have the ability to finish your money in your bank account I give you thuis!

In den Niederlanden läuft Thuisbezorgdnl super! Schade nur, dass Deutschland (besonders der Bremerbereich) noch ncht so ausgereift ist.
