TouchNote Custom Cards & Gifts Status

Dear all at TouchNote, Unfortunately the app is not working. I can select a picture and write a message, but the system won't move on to next. The button is dead.

Unable to upload and send card. Have credits. App worked fine 10 days ago.

Dear all at Touchnote, I seem to be unable to finalize my card. The wheel keeps turning and it says: Processing your order. Please help.

When I press send, app tells me there is a problem uploading my photo. Have tried 10 times. I have credits.

The app is not allowing me to checkout and send postcard I have credits.

App keeps crashing after I add photo and click on the next buttton. Can’t get past adding the photo. I’ve restarted iPad, etc.

The app keeps crashing when I try to finalise my order, when I try to upgrade to an XL postcard, or to pay.

The app crashes everytime I try and send a card. I have 6 credits and a card all ready to send. I have logged out and in, set up a new account, re downloaded the app several times and even waited until I got back from holiday to see if would work in the uk instead. I have tried at least 20 times over 4 or 5 days. I wish I’d sent real postcards but as I have credit I really want to send them. It seems to be because I skip the extras that it crashes when it says it’s processing payment - but that’s why I set up credits in advance! Help

I have been trying to send a postcard since yesterday afternoon 30th June and it says something’s gone wrong please try again. I’ve tried numerous times but it still isn’t working. Please help.

Website not processing my payment

After I try to use ApplePay, I get the following message regarding my greeting card: “Something’s gone wrong! Please try again. You haven’t been charged and your greeting card is saved as a draft. Code 4004”

I have two cards as Drafts for Fathers Day. One will let me select recipient address and not progress when I click Done - the “interaction” when I press done appears to work but the screen just doesn’t move on. On the second order, I was able to complete but it said there was a problem with my upload. Touch note took the money for an extra credit pack but couldn’t process the card which honestly felt a bit crap… like a shop charging me for a bag but not letting me take home my shopping. Hopefully it will be working later today, otherwise I will uninstall and go to my local card shop and post office for something easier (albeit in personalised).
