How to fix Bolid app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Bolid app on iPhone
Update Bolid app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Bolid iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Bolid on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Bolid network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Bolid Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Bolid not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Bolid App
1. On android, goto Settings » Bolid » click [Force Stop]

Update Bolid to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Bolid App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Bolid » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Bolid.

Fix Bolid unable to contact server/ Bolid internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Bolid » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Bolid » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Bolid
