Since they updated SparkasseIhremobileFiliale the past two weeks, my app will not refresh my bank account.

it was downloaded on Iphone but i can't use online banking. its Empty n couldn't click Terminüberweisung.
Plz check this n fix it.
I dont have reason, if cannot use banking on Mobile.

It is working without any problems after you set it up but the setting up is a really hard, annoying and bad thing
In my case it was really hard and it took very long about 4 months
Even if I was in the United States but I did it with help from German friends so they never needed to send something over to th US

Added a new account with my bank. It’s online alright on my pc, however, doesn’t show up in the iOS app! Deleted twice and reinstalled, still not there!
And why does it sends me a message to install version 4.0 since that’s what i have!
Not user friendly at all when it comes to setup

Is there an Apple award for worst banking app? SparkasseIhremobileFiliale is bureaucratic and bizarre, instead of accessing my account when I login it makes me add it manually. Design is outdated, features are hidden and you simply can’t perform most simple banking operations.
Sparkasse should be ashamed for their awful digital services.

SparkasseIhremobileFiliale is very useful for keeping track of multiple bank accounts at once in one place.
However, even though expenses can still be categorized, the overview of spendings by category is no longer included in the recent update.

SparkasseIhremobileFiliale is ok.
I use other Online Banking Apps and they are easier to use!

Other than the lack of English language options, very clean UX and feels more secure than American online banking with the Push TAN function.
