I am on an Android A13. When I go to create a legacy spreadshee on your web based app t to upload multiple addresses from a regular excel spreadsheet, the files are viewable but not selectable in both my drive and the Samsung My Files. When I access these folders not within the road warrior web version the files can be selected

1. On android, goto Settings » RoadWarrior Route Planner » click [Force Stop]

Update RoadWarrior Route Planner to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear RoadWarrior Route Planner App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » RoadWarrior Route Planner » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart RoadWarrior Route Planner.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click RoadWarrior Route Planner » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto RoadWarrior Route Planner » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch RoadWarrior Route Planner
