Sky News Status

Half the news stories say they are unable to load. Have no problem with other apps. Tried deleting and reloading. No help.

I have no sound on my sky news app on my iPad/ all other news stations do have sound working properly / also YouTube etc sound is fine/ please help

Sound but no picture, tried clearing cache, cache and data then reinstalling. Same outcome. A [current] rating of 1.6 stars seems overated. Regularly have problems... Oops.

Freeview Sky News app screen keeps going blank and doesn’t come back on, can get voice but nothing else.

Sky news will no longer play videos, when attempting to play video segments I get a black dcreen with a message saying that the video is unavailable. I am using a Samsung Tab A tablet, all other apps such as U Tube, BBC news work normally when accessing videos. Please advise?

Live news not working on iPhone since app updated, "there is a problem with your connection" error but all other internet services working and using 5G

I've been using sky news for 3years on my Google Nexus tablet,I watched your news Tuesday morning, went to use it again in the afternoon..a message came on the screen .. saying this app is not compatible with your device... regards Peter

Sky news crashes and about a few seconds on my tv

The Sky News Live app still works, but its homepage is broken— the categories and search features still work. To watch Live News, you have to search for “LIVE” and it will be the first result. Device: LG C1 4K Smart OLED TV

I have the same issue as everyone above. The TV app no longer works. Very frustrating

I've had same error message on homescreen of app recently, but the search facility still works and you can search for "live" to watch the live news stream

The Sky news app was working on my LG tv but now it doesn't. When I go on the app a message come up on the screen saying "something went wrong" under that it says "required" and under that it says "OK" I click OK and nothing happens just a circle spinning around. The same thing is happening on my mums tv. Please help!

Sky news has disappeared from LG smart tv on freeview why?

I updated sky news and pressed open but it won't come on.

Can't update to latest version via playstore as instructed on screen

When opening app, says there is an update. Takes you to Playstore (samsung 10). No update there. Have uninstalled and reinstalled, no success.

Every time I accept the app gies off screen and back to the home page

Constantly unable to load latest news, have cleared phone memory and cache etc still unresponsive..frustrating
