How to fix BOSS Revolution app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the BOSS Revolution app on iPhone
Update BOSS Revolution app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall BOSS Revolution iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix BOSS Revolution on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve BOSS Revolution network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Force Stop the BOSS Revolution App
1. On android, goto Settings » BOSS Revolution » click [Force Stop]

Update BOSS Revolution to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear BOSS Revolution App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » BOSS Revolution » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart BOSS Revolution.

Fix BOSS Revolution unable to contact server/ BOSS Revolution internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click BOSS Revolution » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto BOSS Revolution » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch BOSS Revolution
