- App needs to be deleted and reinstalled each time to load

This has been going on quite a bit for the past year! I find a story I want to read, touch to open and a completely different article pops up. Never can find what I want to read about. Yuck!!!

My app on my I- phone is not working. I click on and it reverts right away back to my Home Screen. I tried rebooting etc.

E! News app will not open at all. I’ve deleted the app and readded. And I’ve shut down my phone and rebooted. Nothing works.
