Hello I switched to a new Android phone and can't find fip on Google play. It just seems to have disappeared. Is it still available as an app? Thanks

How to fix Fip app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Fip app on iPhone
Update Fip app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Fip iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Fip on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Fip network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fip Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Fip not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Fip App
1. On android, goto Settings » Fip » click [Force Stop]

Update Fip to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Fip App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Fip » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Fip.

Fix Fip unable to contact server/ Fip internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Fip » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Fip » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Fip
