How to fix AT&T app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the AT&T app on iPhone
Update AT&T app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall AT&T iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix AT&T on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve AT&T network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

AT&T Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix AT&T not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the AT&T App
1. On android, goto Settings » AT&T » click [Force Stop]

Update AT&T to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear AT&T App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » AT&T » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart AT&T.

Fix AT&T unable to contact server/ AT&T internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click AT&T » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto AT&T » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
