On my Samsung A42 Android phone. The ABC News app is "freezing", i.e. unresponsive. The home page opens to the 'loading circle' Have tried deleting data and cache. When I do this the App asks me to Login. After Login, I am back to the 'loading circle' Due to the very poor Telstra mobile reception in Violet Tow, the app will be using my WiFi connection which is normal.
"No connections available" shows whenever my (up to date) android phone moves from Tower back to house wifi. Restarting will fix it. This problem began about 8 months ago - I've used abc news app for years now. It's the only news app (I'm using several) that has this most annoying fault.
The ABC News app is "freezing", i.e. unresponsive. The home page opens but will not open individual articles; will not even scroll.
ABC app gives me a "no connection available" every time I try to read news on my Android phone Even after restarting my phone ( Android 11)
ABC app repeatedly crashing. I have to delete it and redo it from the App Store. Why and can I do something to fix it?
