So I have been using your app basically since lunch. I’ve already had one discrepancy where you did a security update many years ago and I got locked out of my app and lost so many photos. I recently had an issue since iOS 16 came out and lost a batch of back ups. After doing a lot of restoring, I finally was able to get back into PictureSafe and recover use of my latest photos. I have not had an issue for years until now. I tried to import my photos back into PictureSafe like I have in the past without a problem except now they show up in PictureSafe on my computer through iTunes, but not actually in PictureSafe . I also keep getting prompt to all of a sudden subscribe.. I paid for PictureSafe a long time ago. I go through restore purchases, and the subscription goes away, but lingers in the settings and still nothing works accordingly. Very frustrated.

Apparently I accidentally put my Netflix account and password in PictureSafe to secure it while out camping, all of a sudden my Netflix account gets hacked I do believe it’s from in-house of the developer a guy name Gus.
Winnie and changed my email and add it for other users the only way I found out was he upgraded to premium package which was charged to my credit card…. So Gus you have been turned in.

I paid for PictureSafe years ago.(a pretty high priced purchase at the time too!) Now they want to charge me a fee to have access to features I’ve already paid for. PictureSafe is officially a joke now. Oh and it still hasn’t fixed the issue of videos and pics randomly disappearing. The developers have already been paid for it.

I have used Picture Safe for the last 9 years. The latest changes have really ruined what was a great app. Features such as rearranging photos and folders were great. I don’t understand why these were removed from the latest versions of PictureSafe . In my opinion these changes have hurt what was the best photo app on iTunes. The old app gave the user more control and that’s gone unfortunately.

I have sworn by PictureSafe for years…but for the last month, when I log in it gets stuck in a perpetual sign in loop rendering me unable to access any of my photos. When you click on “app support” it just takes you back to the login screen which is now precluding me from getting support. So frustrated that I’m unable to access my stuff in a time of need.

I trusted PictureSafe and i saved a lot of important pictures on here and one day my app just stopped working and i had no choice but to delete it and try to restore again and nothing good happen, all my bn pics were deleted and i try to contact you 3x and you guys keep ignoring me. All i want is to know if it’s possible to retreat my pictures back and how even if i have to pay for it. At least write back so i know what’s going on.

Don’t appreciate buying your app out right, and then all of a sudden being told for all the bells and whistle’s and improvements I have to pay a subscription price.
When I paid you the first time, that was to include all the updates that were available for your app. Now I have to pay for all of the new benefits?
I realize developers have to wait, but so do I. If I had to convert all of the apps (on my iPad) I have bought into “subscriptions”, I would be paying thousands of dollars every year for these silly apps.

Was a great app I would of gladly given 4.5 stars until their recent update where they are FORCING current users to pay them $4.99 MONTHLY to import and save videos. So now PictureSafe is almost useless unless users pay $4.99 a month.

Why would we need to pay a monthly fee to keep our own data on our own devices? You don’t host our data on your servers, right?! So why is this fee now mandatory?

I could understand a fee to buy PictureSafe . But an ongoing fee every month is just stupid.

I purchased PictureSafe and enjoyed it. It’s not bad app but with the latest update they disabled the ability to import videos unless you sub to their service. They continue to remove features but expect people to pay for the features back.
If you are going to charge make it for a new feature. Not one you took away. Terrible.

I like PictureSafe but there’s one thing that really bothers me. When you close out the application it tries to force itself back open. This should not happen PictureSafe trying to reopen. In order to close PictureSafe out on iPhone. You have turn your head away from the camera so PictureSafe won’t open with the facial recognition feature. Then you have to physical swipe up maybe more than once to force PictureSafe to closeout. If they could fix this issue they would have a 5-star rating from me.

I love PictureSafe! I’ve had it for many years! It crashed on me and I lost all me pictures a few years ago but when you updated PictureSafe they all came back!

I recently lost all my pictures once again.

Can you please up date PictureSafe as soon as possible ?

Love PictureSafe but I hate when you forget your password it doesn’t have a forget password and when that does it sends it to your email and you can redo it. I forgot mine and I don’t want to delete PictureSafe and lose my pictures

App is great I’ve been using it for over 5 years problem is sometimes i upload a video and come back in a week and it’s gone. This has happened more than a few times overall mostly everything is there but always a new video or something gets deleted so i have to keep long enough to make sure it’ll still be there

No longer works. I am no longer able to add photos. When I try it responds with “no photos” when I have hundreds of them.

I have had PictureSafe many years and today it won’t open at all. Is there something happening? Please help

Thanks to the developers for their “quick fix” and reply. The recent updates the last few days has repaired the problems and restored all my saved photos. PictureSafe now works perfectly and the features are smoother than ever. Worthy of five stars.

Hi i have PictureSafe in my old s5 iphone, now its not workint yet in tis devies, sp please tell me woh can in transfer my information includ picture and video in new one device iphone

How do you do that ? Exporting out of PictureSafe and off the phone ?

Great app that needs slight improvements. The decoy pic section needs to take a pic of the snoop and shut off. I’d prefer it takes a pic of the snoop to be able to confront them about breaking our trust promise if I’m right. A third passcode for a partitioned folder would be great.

I hope this helps me down load pics so I can upload new stuff thx
